Features:

Garage: An unusual and attractive feature of Springbrook is that the garages are in the back of the houses. This makes a more attractive front, without the big, ugly garage doors dominating the house. It also makes for more guest parking on the street. The entire length of Iris Bloom Drive on our side is available for parking with no driveways. However, manuevering a boat trailer into the garage would be difficult.

Schools:

Terms: Rent is $1600 per month. One year lease. Security deposit equal to one month's rent. Tenant pays utilities. Owner pays homeowner association dues.

Limitations: No smoking. No pets. No Section 8.

Application: Along with an application form, a credit check is required for each lessee with a fee payable to the credit agency. To save time and possibly money, we encourage applicants to download their own free credit reports from www.annualcreditreport.com and submit them with the application. A report directly from the credit agency will still be required before lease signing.
